Our breakfasts are a special treat for many guests. Ashland, our home, is a quaint old mill town with a wonderful restaurant and a number of interesting shops. The Inn is situated in the geographic center of New Hampshire affording easy access from several major airports. We tell our guests that Squam Lake is probably the most attractive in the Eastern United States. The Natural Science Center boat tour – as the reviewer notes – is a great way to experience the lake summer an autumn.
“We enjoyed a lovely three night stay at the Glynn House, Glenn and Pam are very attentive hosts – we found the suggestions for our excursions and dinner very helpful. Glenn spent several minutes each morning describing the route and attractions, dinner reservations were made for our evening meals. We especially liked the early evening wine and cheese (included in the room rate) giving a chance to meet other guests and exchange experiences. As described in other reviews the breakfasts are another highlight. There are many other touches which add to the overall good feeling, coffee delivered (outside the room) each morning, free soft drinks, chocolates in the room each day, free bottled water, free Wifi, and complimentary snacks.
