Five Star Review “Wonderful hospitality” https://glynnhouse.com/guest-comments The reviewer from Osaka, Japan arrived to attend her son’s graduation at New Hampton School. We host many visitors each year visiting children at local, private secondary schools – Holderness School, Tilton School and New Hampton. Genuine hospitality involves trying to assist guests minimize and / or resolve unanticipated difficulties. The reviewer is not the first visitor to arrive without a vehicle. A car really is absolutely necessary. So, we shuttled them back and forth to the school and drove them down to Boston, so they could catch their flight home. We were delighted to be of assistance.

The reviewer and her husband booked our Taft Bedroom. It’s one of our most popular guest rooms. But, the door separating the toilet from the guest room is thin. For those preferring a different arrangement, I recommend the Coolidge, Harding and Grant Bedrooms – only $10 more per evening – and more spacious too. We look forward to hosting the visitors from Osaka in the not too distant future.

“The hospitality we received was outstanding and added greatly to our experience. It was my husband and my first trip to this part of the world and we had no car. Used to Osaka’s amazing transport system we had not realised how difficult it would be relying on taxis. Our hosts stepped in and helped us out with incredible generosity. We were even shown the local sites. We both have a very fond memory of our stay at Glynn House Inn.” Room Tip: The toilet shower facility in our room had only a thin door. I would avoid this room in the future.
