your thoughtful five star review. We agree, the Squam Natural Science Center is an absolutely ‘must do’ activity. Inn guests receive discounts too. We’re delighted our suggestions – we do know the local area – helped the reviewer plan and organize activities. The breakfast menu offers 12 entree choices. Fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins, juices and breakfast beverages ensure that nobody leaves the breakfast table feeling hungry. 12 of our 13 guest rooms have fireplaces. They’re off during the summer season. The remainder of the year, the fireplaces provide heat and ambiance. Thanks for sharing your Inn experience with others.

“Situated in a good area for hiking and sight seeing – Squam Lake tour a must. Host is knowledgeable and can help with activities. The room we had was very comfortable with a fireplace that we unfortunately could not use because of the heat. There is a choice for breakfast.” Stayed August 2017, traveled as a couple
