This is a perfect Inn - and perfection does not lie in furnishings or breakfasts, vital though those are. The most important thing is knowing that the people in whose home you are privileged to be staying really love what they do. And they do it with energy and - yes - mirth. This is what we have so appreciated in Pam, Glenn and Ingrid.
We're here on assignment for The Mail on Sunday; a travel piece on New England, which has involved much rushing about and 'hosting' - with more to come. But two nights here has calmed us, and we would love to come back. But if we never do, we shall carry the atmosphere of The Glynn House Inn with us and remember it with affection.
