“Warm Hospitality Despite Freezing Temps” https://glynnhouse.com/guest-comments  Thanks so much for taking the time to share your Valentine’s Weekend Inn experience with others. The holiday weekend was the most challenging operational period we’ve experienced during 10 years owning and operating the Glynn House. The reviewer understates the exterior temperature – it was actually minus 38 degrees F. Nevertheless, we managed to keep guest rooms and public areas heated to an acceptable temperature level. We also found that most of our guests wanted to get out an experience winter recreation activities and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our location, the Inn is situated in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains and Lakes Regions, makes it easy for visitors to enjoy outdoor activities. All, except one, of our guest rooms have romantic fireplaces. They’re particularly pleasant on cold winter evenings. Food is an important aspect of travel for many visitors. Our gourmet breakfasts – 12 entree choices – continue to generate rave reviews.

“We selected this charming inn nestled in a quiet town for our first B&B experience (we typically choose larger hotels, but wanted something small-scale and personal for Valentine’s Day weekend). Glenn and Pam were up against quite a challenge when the thermometer fell to -20 degrees fahrenheit on our first evening, and rose only to a balmy 9 degrees in the following days. They remained gracious hosts despite the cold and worked hard to keep everyone comfortable. Breakfast was prepared with a home-cooked flair, and the fireplace in our room was a treat. The inn is well-situated in the Lakes Region – just a short drive from various ski resorts and other quintessential New Hampshire attractions. Thank you Glenn and family!” Stayed February 2016, traveled as a couple
