are reassuring! Travelers have lots of choices. People don’t return to the same bed and breakfast twice, three time and more unless they’re extremely satisfied. We were delighted to welcome Mary and her partner for the third time and are very pleased they enjoyed their stay. Hospitality is an important aspect of the bed and breakfast experience. As the reviewer notes, guests come to spend time together. Our double whirlpool baths are always popular, particularly during the winter months when it’s particularly nice to turn on the romantic fireplace and have a long, soothing soak in the bath. Our breakfasts continue to generate rave reviews. Good food is an important part of travel too. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your Inn experience with other travelers. We look forward to seeing the two of you again.
“This is our third stay at The Glynn House. It will definitely not be our last. They know how to run a good business with a personal touch.
Glenn gets a good sense of which guests feel chatty and which do not, which is different than other inns we’ve stayed at where the hosts seem to talk your ear off whether you want them to or not. Glenn, Pam and Ingrid are there when you need them and nowhere in sight when you do not. Their dinner and activity recommendations are excellent. The rooms are beautiful and spotless with all the details you’d ever want in a getaway: robes, fluffy towels, bottles of water, comfortable beds, games, wine and cheese in the mid afternoon. We like to stay in the suites that have a hot tub. The hot tub is always spotless with extra towels and easy to operate. The Carriage House behind the main inn is stocked with a Keurig, k-cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, creamers and a fridge so morning coffee or drinks are just right outside the door. The homemade breakfast choices, most of which we’ve tried, are simply divine (we can’t say enough about the stuffed French toast and the peach/white chocolate chip muffins).
