Guest Comments: Charming B&B in Central White Mt. Location https://glynnhouse.com/guest-comments Thanks so much for taking the time to post your ‘five star’ Inn experience on Trip Advisor. Other travelers will welcome your comments. All of us at the Inn are delighted the two of you enjoyed your stay. Hope we’ll have the opportunity to host the two of you again.

“This is a great B&B in a great location. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms and an amazing breakfast. Lots of great options for breakfast, and great for gluten free (which was a key reason for us booking in the first place as my wife has a gluten allergy). Glenn, the innkeeper, is extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for area activities and dining. Only downside was wifi speed, as it wasn’t really useful, but that worked in our favor as we were there to unplug and relax.

Highly recommend to any couples visiting the area and looking for a great place to stay with amazing breakfasts.”  Stayed October 2020 Traveled as a Couple

Comfortable and convenient B&B to Boston area for exploring the White Mountains region and lake district. Some rooms are dog-friendly, which motivated our choice. Whitten Woods, less than mile up the Highland St., has two trails for nearby walks (South Peak offers great view of Squam Lake). Town of Ashland and nearby Plymouth have several good restaurants, as noted on Glynn House website; Glenn is a wonderful host and will help you select. Recommend Mt. Washington scenic cruise, Loon Mountain cable car (dog-friendly), and Mt. Washington Cog Railway. And check out All Trails app for LOTS of trails in the area, especially if you want to find little-frequented trails during highly trafficked leaf-peeping season, like we did (e.g., Rainbow Falls near Plymouth).

Venture away from the Inn and experience the best of New Hampshire. Art galleries, antiques and tax free shopping.  Options will entice the most discerning shopper. Cultural activities include concerts reflecting every genre, four professional theaters and many historic sites. Vineyards and micro breweries offer complimentary tastings and exceptional products. Recreation activities include bike and boat rentals, fishing guides, golf, lake cruises, outdoor adventure trips, rock climbing and more. Inn guests are eligible for some terrific local activity discounts too. Everyone can enjoy scenic drives along New Hampshire’s tranquil country roads. Great local dining options will satisfy your palette. View the Glynn House  website https://www.glynnhouse.com for additional information about the Inn and local activities.
