“Lovely bed and breakfast. Historic house with beautiful woodwork, very well maintained, and tastefully decorated without being overly cluttered. Our room was large and clean with a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and a separate sitting room. Glenn, the owner, is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, asking guests about their interests and then suggesting destinations, itineraries and routes. Breakfast included a large choice of options as well as daily specials. Covid precautions were observed by the host and guests, with tables well separated.  We stayed in the Washington Suite, which was comfortable and spacious and I recommend it. However, some guests might want to be aware that there is no separation between the bedroom and the sink/tub/shower area. It’s a separate room, off the side of the bedroom, but open to the bedroom (The w.c. is in a separate enclosed stall.) We were fine with this layout, but some couples might not be as comfortable with it, so just a “heads up” if you are considering this room.Stayed October 2020 Traveled as a Couple
