This charming bed and breakfast in Ashland is a true hidden gem. We had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fireside chat we had with the innkeeper, Glenn, and a glass of wine. Glenn is one of the most fascinating individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly at home, and we had hours of engaging and enlightening conversations. His knowledge of the area also added a special touch to our experience, making us feel like honored guests rather than just another visitors passing through.
The inn’s aesthetics are enchanting with elevated decor of a bygone era. Complimentary bottled water was included in the room along with all the creature comforts. We especially like the fireplace in the room as it was an abnormally cold week in New England. And more importantly, the entire establishment was impeccably clean and maintained!
As a bonus, this inn is also pet-friendly, our cavapoo had a relaxing time after hours of being stuck in the car.
Breakfast was simply delicious! The poached egg with pesto and fresh fruits stole the show. We were the only one at the time and it felt like a private dining experience!
