“The bed and breakfast is located in Ashland, about 20 minutes from Laconia and right next to Squam Lake. The house and rooms are very comfortable and there are many nearby areas of interest from the lakes to the mountains. Most impressive, however, the owner and host, Glenn. He is truly experienced, always ready with travel suggestions, helpful hints, funny comments, a pot of tea or anything else you might need. Very kind and knowledgeable, he made our stay very memorable. Breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options to choose from even though we couldn’t resist the daily specials.
