easy access to well over a dozen summer camps. Maureen and her husband, like hundreds of previous guests, booked so they could visit their child. Everyone associated with the Inn is delighted our cuisine, housekeeping, decor, amenities and service exceeded expectations. Prospective travelers should note that our regular special offers and seasonal packages – offer significant savings – and are restricted to those who book direct. “The accommodations were impeccable – the details in the furniture, draperies and decor were tastefully appropriate for the room we selected. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our host was attentive and engaging. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and nuts as well as the wine and sherry. There are quite a few restaurants within driving and walking distance. Our host was thoughtful about planning visits to restaurants re: reservations or a good time to walk in. The inn was clean, appropriately air conditioned given the humidity outside. It was a short drive to our morning Camp pick up to see our daughter. The breakfasts offered variety and high quality presentations, freshly baked muffins in addition to choices of juice, and lovely plated entrees. The poached eggs with pesto and the croissant breakfast sandwich were some of our favorites. We will definitely return and may consider a winter get away to x-country ski or snowshoe.
