“We had such a wonderful time staying at the Glynn House Inn just last week. Glenn is the perfect host with his engaging personality and knowledge of the area. The breakfasts were delicious with a muffin of the day and a menu of options. We ordered the specials on Sunday morning of poached eggs with pesto for me and banana pancakes for my husband – amazing! It was the perfect start of the day as Glenn provided maps and tips to get us out exploring the area. We are not skiers, but Glenn suggested a drive and a lovely area for a nice flat walk in the snow. It was a winter wonderland – simply stunning scenery. We also enjoyed a couple of the great breweries in the area. Twin Barns now has a tasting room in Woodstock, NH. The location is perfect! Ashland is well situated between the lakes and mountains. You can get to anywhere you want to experience in lakes or mountains in no time and along the scenic routes with the stunning views. We are looking forward to our next stay. We’d like to come back in the early summer when we can bring our kayak to some of Glenn’s suggested spots. We also want to try a breakfast out on the beautiful wrapped veranda.
