so much for your wonderful ‘five star’ review. Guests who return again and again do so because their experiences are exceptional. The reviewer refers to value, cuisine, service, hospitality and cleanliness. She also mentions a range of amenities that are all included in the cost of the room. Our response to this review is tardy. We apologize. Recently discovered a number of reviews that never arrived in our inbox. Thanks to the guest from Hanover, Massachusetts for taking the time to write share her Glynn House Inn experiences with other travelers.
“My husband and I have stayed at the Glynn House Inn many times. We found the inn during an on-line search of places to stay near the college where our son attends. We stayed at a local hotel for parent’s weekend freshman year and since finding this inn, we have stayed here ever since. The inn is immaculate. They do allow dogs in some rooms and I was concerned about this as I am allergic to dogs. Our room is always spotless and the innkeepers tell me they double clean when they know I am coming so my allergies will not flare up. The value is superb. We have stayed at many inns and never has breakfast (which is outstanding) as well as afternoon tea and cookies and evening wine and hors d’oeuvres been included in the cost of the room. This is truly a great value. I have never found the innkeepers to be anything but pleasant and friendly. They are very helpful with any request you have for reservations, things to do, places to eat, etc. On our last visit, they booked a sleigh ride for us and we found ourselves running late so a quick call to Glenn at the inn and he called ahead to let them know we would not make it. We truly feel at home when we stay here. We have stayed in all four seasons and have never had any problems with heat or air conditioning. This is a wonderful, safe place to stay whether you plan to enjoy the lakes and mountains or just relax and unwind. I highly recommend this lovely inn.” Stayed January 2010 Traveled as a couple
