“So now it has become a “twice a year habit”. We visit the inn for a week before we move into a cottage next to our son & family on Squam Lake, Then, when the leaves begin to turn, we book a long weekend to enjoy the drive from Historic Guilford to Historic Ashland for Leaf Peeping Season. The reasons we stay here? Quality of service. Excellence of breakfast (thus, B&B). The comfort of the rooms and, probably most off all, the friendship that we enjoy with the family that owns the inn.
