At the Glynn House, we really enjoy matching guests with local options that will really resonate. Our complimentary early evening social hour provides an opportunity for guests to interact with one another and with the innkeepers. Local dining options offer great food and service. “My friend and I were looking for a weekend getaway from New York City and The Glynn House was a perfect choice! The location is very convenient if you want to explore both the lake region and the White Mountains. Glenn’s recommendations about nearby trails–such as the Lincoln Woods, the Flume Gorge, and the West Rattlesnake–and Ashland’s perfectly cozy restaurant The Common Man were all on point! He was the kindest host and really helped us make the best use of our (short) time in the area. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, as well as beautifully decorated, and the complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon made our stay even more pleasant.
