“22 years later and still 5 stars! My wife and I first stayed at the Glynn House after we got married in 2003. Now–22 years later–we celebrated her 50th birthday and our 22-year anniversary with a return trip to the same B &B, and we stayed in the same room (Jefferson Suite). I am happy to report that the Glynn House remains a fantastic place for a getaway. The location allows you to benefit from the Lakes region of NH, and it’s close to the charming downtown of Plymouth, NH, as well as interstate 93 for quick highway access. Yet, what makes the Glynn House 5 stars is how it mixes the charm of an older building with modern accoutrements. The Jefferson Suite (highly recommended!) is perfect for a couples getaway with a 2-person jacuzzi tub, a gas fireplace, and a separate sitting room. Breakfast was delicious, and–unlike many B &Bs–there are a lot of choices made to order. Every day has a savory special and sweet special, in addition to several always-available choices. My wife’s gluten allergy was taken care of, which was important to us. Tea and coffee are available all day, as is ice. The innkeeper, Glenn, made us feel welcome.
