The Coolidge Bedroom is a guest favorite…. lots of natural light, reclining armchairs, plenty of space, comfy bed plus a romantic fireplace during the cooler months. We serve complimentary wine and cheese during our early evening social hour. Guests enjoy meeting one another and relaxing before dinner. It’s particularly pleasant during warmer months when ‘everyone’ can escape to the wraparound porch. Our multi-course gourmet breakfasts are a big hit with everyone. Guests appreciate sitting at individual tables too. Thanks so much for all your gracious comments. We’re delighted you enjoyed your first bed & breakfast experience. My husband and I stayed here last weekend. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and we were excited to find it was all we thought it would be! We had the Coolidge Room. We enjoyed the simple decor, the home had classical music in the foyer and breakfast area, I loved this! The owners were charming. Pam greeted us and showed us around and up to our room. And we got to meet Glenn later over our complimentary glass of wine. We took ours on the porch. Delightful evening breeze. Great conversation. Then off to a dinner at the Italian farmhouse! Wonderful food and a cold Martini made it extra special. Breakfast a real treat! The dining area with individual tables made it comfortable for us amongst the other guests. Poached eggs with pesto on Italian bread, who could ask for more and the pancake was so light and wonderful! The fruit, juice, coffee were all exactly what I needed. We got suggestions for sites (covered bridge) and we had to go. I will definitely go back. Fantastic! Oh!
