guests say that the Inn is a particularly romantic getaway location. They like the fireplaces, the bubbling double whirlpool baths and the decor. Our ‘Special Touches ‘ offerings – champagne, roses, chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals and in-room massage generate lots of wonderful comments too. It’s taken us entirely too long to respond to this review. Apologies! Suffice it to say that we’re delighted the Glynn House was the perfect, romantic Valentine’s getaway.

“My girlfriend and I went to the Glynn House Inn for Valentine’s Day and we stayed in the Washington Deluxe Suite. The room was AWESOME with a hot tub, gas fireplace, comfortable bed, and an elegant sitting room. Glenn, our host, regaled us with funny stories and was completely accommodating. They had wine and hors d’oeuvres in the evening, which was a nice touch. We got to chat with other guests (you can skip that if you want). And Glenn recommended a great restaurant 15 minutes away (The Canoe). I added one of the “special touches” to have champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in the room when we came back from dinner, and that was great also. Multi-course breakfast in the morning was fun also. We would definitely recommend this inn.
